Who we are
INNOV4TE is made up of staff with over 40 years’ experience in the education and social care sector. We are passionate about changing the way services respond to disadvantaged communities and our aim is to pioneer and spearhead, leading by example. We have utilised all of our experiences to develop our approach. Our team is made up of qualified leaders, teachers, and consultants. We are extremely proud of the positive working relationships we have built with multi agency partners from all 3 sectors, along with excellent working relationships with children, young people and their families.

We deliver NCFE Functional Skills with a student-centred approach that prioritises individualised learning and real-world application. Our staff create dynamic and engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring that each student grasps essential skills in English and Mathematics. We foster an inclusive and supportive environment where learners are encouraged to collaborate, ask questions, and explore practical scenarios. Our delivery methods incorporate a blend of traditional classroom teaching, interactive digital resources, and hands-on projects to ensure students acquire the functional skills they need to excel academically and thrive in their future careers.
