I honestly can not put into words how much of a difference INNOV4TE made to our lives. I am truly thankful from the bottom of my heart to everyone there, the staff here truly care about not only the pupils but the whole family. They absolutely go the extra mile. A massive thankyou to Stacy, Carla and Carlo.
I have found INNOV4TE to be very responsive to any of my worries or questions. They have made themselves readily available if ever I need them. [Learner] loves it there and has a lot of care for his teachers even if he does not admit it. The trouble will be getting him into another school because he does not want to leave.
Since starting at INNOV4TE this is the calmest I have seen [Learner] in a long time. [Learner] tells me they feel like they have no worries. Before INNOV4TE [Learner] would refuse to go to school, [Learner] is now happy to get up in the morning.
Myself and Dad feel our son seems to cope better with a smaller classroom setting and shorter lessons and his attendance has improved, we also feel by [Learner] doing 1 to 1 mentoring in the morning helps him settle into the day that bit easier.
If we have any concerns in regards to our son we contact Innov4te and everyone is willing to work with us to help [Learner] reach his full potential and to ensure he's safe.
Since [Learner] started at INNOV4TE she seems calmer to approach in the family household and has grown as a person to feel confident and comfortable to attend a provision that understands her as a person and Stacy, Carla and Carlo have all taken their time in helping [Learner] to become a better person, without their help I don't know where we would be, thankyou all so much for your continued support.
The most important thing for me is that it's enabled [Learner] to stay in a school/education setting which he wouldn't be able to do at mainstream school. With it being more suited for him and his needs, it makes my life easier too as we aren't constantly being called into school over every little thing and several exclusions. This has meant my son is less stressed about each school day.
I'd like to take the opportunity to say a huge thankyou to Carla, Stacy and Carlo for all the help, support and guidance you've given [Learner] since June, especially the 3 weeks through the Summer holidays. [Learner] has some bad days but the good days sure do outweigh the bad, I don't know where we'd be now if it wasn't for you guys stepping in and taking him under your wing. Thankyou once again, we as a family are truly grateful.
